Meet the new Couple!

I really can't believe my little brother is getting married! Kristina is so cute and will be so much fun to have in the family. She has a little boy who is one year old. Coincidently his name is Justin. Funny huh? He is so cute and the best baby! They are getting married next month in California. I'm so happy for them!

Lehi Days!

Every March the little town of Lehi puts on a rodeo called Lehi Days. I grew up going and participating in this and still look forward to it every year. I haven't been in a few years so this was the first time I was able to take my kids. They loved it. I think they are cowgirl/cowboy at heart just like their Mom! I took this rodeo pretty serious when I was younger. I did the goat tying, barrel racing, and boot race(Which my team took home a nice belt buckle one year!). I can't wait for next year to put the kids in an event! Noah also participated in Lehi Days this year...as a cook! My dad was in charge of part of the cooking so he recruited Noah and my brothers to help him all day. They all worked so hard!

DCS Sale!

Desert Surf Co. (in front of Chandler Mall) is having a fabulous sale through this weekend. Every sandal in the store is 60% off!!! They always have the cutest sandals. They have little sizes with the straps all the way up to adult sizes. They have rainbows in kid sizes in all colors too, which are sometimes hard to find. I totally love this store!

Brody was such a good sport to wait in the long line for the Princess's and even took a few pic with them!

Leaving the Happiest place on Earth...So sad!!

On Sun. we drove over to Oceanside to stay with Molly and Rylus. They were the best Hotess's. Kamber and Josh Stoltz were there also and I think my kids found a new best freind with Josh. It was the perfect day to go to the beach and be wrapped up in a blanket!

My worst nightmare came true today! :(

So I walked into the bathroom and saw that Brody had the scissors in his hand. I first got mad and told him we do not play with sciccors. I then looked down and saw that he had cut Sadie's hair!!! I was livid! I didn't even know what to say to him, I was so mad. I really had tears looking through Sadie's hair, seeing what he had done. So I sent him to his room and told him he can't play on the computer for a couple days. I didn't really know how to dicipline him for that. That's all I could come up with. I thought he might do this someday, since he loved to watch me do hair and would act like he was doing poeples hair. I just can't believe he really did it! (Janel and Maddy, were we not just having this conversation a week ago?!)
See that big hole in her hair? It used to be all one length! I'm so sad! All that work of growing her hair out!
Then the girl had to go and break her neclace that I just made her last night! (I planned on giving it to her for V-DAY but couldn't resist!) How did she manage to break it in a matter of 15 minutes?

Weekend Recap

To start things off, Kate and I threw a baby shower for our friend/neighbor Amy Fetter. We were so excited to do it and had so much fun! She has 2 weeks left and still looks amazing...I could not be more jelous!

Then Sat. was the big Londons Run. I had so much fun being a water girl, that I just might look into volunteering at more races...I'm not kidding!

And then last but not least, My brother Justin annouced on Sunday that he is getting MARRIED!! I don't think many of us knew this was coming, but we love his fiance Christina and could not be more happy for them. She is from San Diego so they are going to be getting married in the San Diego Temple sometime in April. It could not be worse timing for me, being due April 17th, but I would not miss it for the world! I'll post some pics of the cute couple when I get some.

Calling all Runners!

This Saturday is London's Run. There is a 1/2 marathon, 10k, and 2 mile run/walk. They will also have a yummy breakfast and BBQ before and after the run. There will be so many fun things for the kids to do, a silent auction, and a blood drive, so really, you don't have to be a runner to come out and participate. All the proceeds are going to my nephew Troy Wendt, who is undergoing Chemo treatments for Leukemia. To find out more info. go to www.londonsrun.org/
