My worst nightmare came true today! :(
So I walked into the bathroom and saw that Brody had the scissors in his hand. I first got mad and told him we do not play with sciccors. I then looked down and saw that he had cut Sadie's hair!!! I was livid! I didn't even know what to say to him, I was so mad. I really had tears looking through Sadie's hair, seeing what he had done. So I sent him to his room and told him he can't play on the computer for a couple days. I didn't really know how to dicipline him for that. That's all I could come up with. I thought he might do this someday, since he loved to watch me do hair and would act like he was doing poeples hair. I just can't believe he really did it! (Janel and Maddy, were we not just having this conversation a week ago?!)
See that big hole in her hair? It used to be all one length! I'm so sad! All that work of growing her hair out!
Then the girl had to go and break her neclace that I just made her last night! (I planned on giving it to her for V-DAY but couldn't resist!) How did she manage to break it in a matter of 15 minutes?

NOOOOOOOOOOO! Ok, I gasped when I saw this post. But I guess it happens to everyone, right?? and on the bright side Lexi's is pretty much grown out. So there's hope. It won't take tooo long to grow out. But I am very sad for you. Looks like Sadie and I both got our hair cut this week :) to bad one of them was by a twenty-three year old sister and the other was by a four year old brother :(
East fix Jill, both the hair and the necklace- hair regrows and I'll have the necklace fixed in 5 minutes!
Oh the fun things kids get into. I think everyone has done this at least once. Why? I still don't know. By the way, you look soooo cute. I am coming down there at he beginning of July for a baby shower my sister is throwing me so I hope I will see you then. I will let you know more details when it gets closer.
Oh no! Hey, you can barely tell on Sadie though. I'm sorry, but hair cutting stories are classic. And you look so cute, by the way! I made a baby-girl bracelet at a bead party a few years ago, so hopefully someday I'll have a little girl to give it to!

It is every older brother's duty to cut his younger sister's hair. I did the same thing to my younger sister at about his age or so! It was bound to happen! I am sure you will make everything right!

OK Jill...I am so sorry for the hair cutting incident but, it really could be alot worse. And, I do agree with Brooke. Have you seen Tailyn's bangs? Real cute!! And your necklace...to die for! I don't think you started making it when I was there. I am sure it will not be hard to fix. BTW...you are looking so adorable with your belly!!!
Sad!!!! My little sister cut ALL but maybe 7 strands of hair completely off when she was little. She wore lots of hats and got earings the next morning. And she cut ALL of my moms dresses up!! It was during "nap" time!! Sad day! I hope Sadies grows in fast! You look super cute!!
re:Chelseas post....I'm probably the only woman in history that would be happy to have ALL my clothes cut up. I hate them all. ANYway......:D
How sick is that that we were just talking about it happening. Well, you called it, you sure know your kids, huh?? :D It dosen't look too bad, but that is a big bummer.
SAD! Why couldn't he have cut his OWN hair?! Boys cutting their own hair isn't as traumatic as cutting a girl's hair! The necklace turned out so cute. It was fun seeing you @ the bead party. You look FAB!

SADIE! I can't believe she ripped that flower off....HOW!?!? Tilley tugged at her heart for a little bit, but then realized it aint commin' off, so she doesn't even touch it anymore. Wende can fix that Wed....and you can come visit and make another fun necklace too ;)
I seriously will DIE if Q or ANYONE cuts her hair....you think you've been growing Sadies-um Q is 4, and still doesn't even have "shoulder length" hair! Funny though that he plays hair dresser like his mama!
I know how you feel!! Sadie's isnt bad, when alexa cut hers, it was in the front. Audrey hasnt cut her hair yet, hopefully she wont. I think she is out of that stage. That necklace is so cute, or was. :)

So at dinner the other night, Scott was talking about the BOM DVD, and my sis in law Tina kept saying that your names sounded familiar- then it dawned on her- you did her hair back in the day when you worked at Hair Do! she loved you and was sad when she stopped getting her hair done there. so funny

GIRL!! I'm so sorry! haha. We were nannying one weekend for people with 6 kids, so keeping track of them all was not possible. Their little girl had hair down to her mid back, and when I was giving her a bath I noticed one side was significantly longer than the other. I got suspicious and looked all over the toy room, only to lift up their love sac and found chunks of hair and scissors. the mom nearly bawled!
So sad about our necklace we slaved over;)
OMG!! I was totally dying laughing when I read this and then to continue reading and find out it was Sadie's hair that he cut...what a classic. I would be so mad, but lucky you, you're a professional when it comes to fixing hair. When that happens to one of my kids I will have to give you a call :)
