Some random..ness

Not too much going on around here lately..but I guess that could be a good thing, Huh? I've been meaning to update for so long but just didn't have something great to post about. So I thought I would just comment on some random subjects I've been thinking about.

First off, who is not in love with the weather right now?! I'm mean it could not get any better right now for us Arizonans. By about 4pm all the kids are outside riding their bikes up and down the street and all us Moms gather together and just hang out and talk about...everything I guess! This is the one thing I am REALLY going to miss about moving. I live on the best street in the world and am really going to miss our evening chats.

I'm loving Spring! I love Easter stuff, the bright colors, the yummy smells (orange blossoms..need I say more?), the final months of school, trying to get in shape for summer. What I am not loving?..all the Allergies that come along with Spring! I have never had allergies but lately I have been getting pounded with them! I now know what Noah has been living with the past 8 years. It sucks. Anyone have a good Allergy medicine send it my way!

How cute are these terra cotta Easter baskets? I want to make them for the ladies I visit teach!

Speaking of the final months of school...did you hear who is speaking at ASU's graduation??

Yup. And guess who is graduating this semester? Noah! He always said he would never go to his graduation but when I heard Obama was speaking I told him, he is so going! I'm not an Obama lover but when else would you get to see the President in that kind of setting? Never! So I can not wait!

Lately I have been loving these adorable headbands made by Vestige Jewelry (My aunt Karen and her daughter Cassie). They make a bad hair day look great or a good hair day look fabulous! I just CHOPPED my hair(I'll post a pic later) so I'm very excited to play around with them and my new do. They make jewelry also and have two of the cutest necklaces ever. And best yet...their prices are very reasonable! I sound like a salesman, huh?

Cute huh?

Cute, cute, cute! Okay, so that is where you got that necklace! (I may have asked, but I forgot). All I know is you sold me!! I love those headbands.
And boy do I agree that we live on an awesome street. (Sadly, it won't be as awesome when you leave it!).
So President Obama is speaking at ASU's graduation?!! That is... well, kind of schocking and pretty cool. Who gets to hear the president speak at their graduation?? Wow.
(And, you better show off your new "do", it looks so cute!)

I've heard that for allergies that you should eat 1 TBSP of local honey every day since it has all of the pollens in it already... supposedly works. I haven't tried it myself but it's worth a shot! I want one of those cute headbands!

See now you know how horrible we felt when we knew we had to live the "street of dreams".........its the best place to live. The pictures make me miss it even more. I'm loving the weather too but we miss our grass!!

I love the new accessories, they are so cute I probably couldn[t pull them off!

One of these days I'm gonna show up with my kids and stand outside and chit chat, I miss you guys!!

HI Jill! Your family is so dang cute. I'm so happy I found you. Jess and I are actually coming home on April 16 for her little sisters wedding. Maybe we can do a lunch on Friday the 17th. Let me know if you will be around. I'm trying to get together with Celeste and some other girls too. Talk to you soon!
